Is Anyone Going to WSHIMA 2009 in Spokane April 1-3?

Hi. I realize this is very last minute, but I was wondering if anyone is planning to go to WSHIMA 2009 in Spokane April 1-3.
I know it's way out there. I had pretty well given up on it, but then I read the previews. It's going to be a really good conference this year with all kinds of great presentations. Darn it.... Hmmm--my family has a Worldmark Membership---I should check and see if there's a Worldmark resort anywhere near Spokane and see if they have any availability April 1-3 just in case....(Wouldn't that be neat? A WorldMark Suite can sleep up to six people...)
Is anyone into carpooling to save on gas?

Probably way too last minute. Thought it couldn't hurt to ask....

Plus, WSHIMA's a great place to do networking if you will soon be graduating... Do you find this valuable?

Dear fellow students and TCC Faculty,

I just found out today that I will be UNABLE to attend the WSHIMA 2009 convention at the Davenport Hotel in Spokane after all as I am on the schedule those days for work.

I'm very sorry about all of the fuss I made. Plus, I heard the snow on the mountain pass is pretty bad unless you will be flying into the convention.

and click on the 'Handouts' link and that will take you to the same web page.

As well, if you cannot go to WSHIMA 2009 out there in Spokane, it's a great way to find out about the goings on as well as getting some of the power point presentations from it (in zoomable pdf format) along with other downloadable handouts that go with certain presentations.


Also, if anyone going wants to bring back podcasts from the audio recordings that would be really neat....
